    Hi,

I have Statify Version 1.5.0 running on WP 4.7.3 with your Plugin “Erweiterte Auswertung für Statify” in Version 2.2.

After login with an “Analyst” account, I get forwarded to “/profile.php” to which that user role has no access, therefore the browser shows an error message…

    thx for any guidance

Hi, I’ll tried to reproduce the error: In my test WP install (also with Statify 1.5.0 on WP 4.7.3) a Statify Analyst is redirected to the homepage (being logged in and without being able to enter the backend at all).

The visibility of the Statify statistics provided by the plugin is restricted to users with the see_statify_evaluation capability. You can add this capability to user groups with a plugin such as Members (you can even uninstall the Members plugin after doing so). Does this solve your problem?

Per default, only administrators and the Statify Analysts have this capability see_statify_evaluation. It seems that Statify Analysts (a role introduced by my plugin) don’t have enough rights for backend access (anymore) – it worked when this functionality was introduced, but not checked by me anymore after that, sorry. I’ll check that in detail – I tend to remove the Statify Analysts role completely and recommend the solution described above.

    Hi Patrick,

thank you for the quick reply!

The solution with the Members plugin worked – thank you! I added the ability see_statify_evaluation to the standard user role.

    Best regards,

The Statify Analyst role will be removed in the next version (find the latest development version on GitHub).
