User Role access to display

Thanks for contacting us! To display a feed for a Group, an administrator of the group must first add the Smash Balloon app to the group. After this, any member of the group can create a feed for the group. We have more information about this here: https://smashballoon.com/doc/display-facebook-group-feed/

You can display a feed for a Page if you are the owner or if the owner gives you a role on the page. Alternatively, the page owner can use our guide and tool to manually retrieve the Page ID and an Access Token and give these to you so you can manually connect: https://smashballoon.com/doc/how-to-create-an-access-token-to-manually-connect-an-account/
