There are some plugins available that make user role management easier. Also, the feature that you are looking for may be available in the “pro” version of this plugin.

Do check the other plugins too since they give a lot more flexibility when it comes to setting up roles in WordPress.

with regards to your suggestion i tried many plugins and it shows only the capability of the role itself can be edited..is there any way to that???
