User rights bug with Related fields?

    How strange.. None of those shortcodes check for user login status, so I don’t know why there is a difference.

    Few questions to help me find the cause:

    1) The field that is not displayed for guests is [field title-link] inside [related]. All other fields display fine. Is that correct?

    2) Can you try [field id] or [field title]to see if that displays for the related post?

    3) Does the related post have a special status, i.e., “protected”..?

    I will try to reproduce the issue on my end, to see where it could be happening.

    Hi Eliot,

    1) Yes, all others fields display fine.
    2) [field id] or [field title] also are not displayed inside [related].
    3). No special status. Ordinary contributions.

    New knowledge …
    After upgrading from ACF free to ACF Pro 5, the problem no longer exists!
    The problem is only with ACF free! For whatever reason.
