    Questios re: User Reviews Plugin

    – Can unlogged users to rate Members via the User Reviews plugin feature?

    – Can the rating be private for admins only? In other words, “Jimothy” has 3 star average but he never knows about it. Only admin can see the rating of the Members. Raters only see blank stars, not the filled rating.
