User restrictions for adding markers to the map

Hi, in the pro version there’s a feature that the users can add markers to the map on the frontend.
I’d like to ask is it possible to restrict only certain users to be able to add markers?
For example users with a certain role.

Also, it is possible to store the added marker temporarily for review of the admins before submitting to the map?

How does the user marker addition work exactly?
