User Restrictions

Is it possible to have control over the following ? :
– Limit donation amount (I do not want for a campaign to exceed its amount by any means).
– Limit user to donate only once per project. I do not want people to be able to donate more than once per project.
– Restricted user region. I want to have projects that can only deliver their gods in US, so I do not want to enable non US citizens to donate for that particular project since if they do that I won′t be able to send the goods.
– Pay only the amounts I choose. I may only want to add 4 or so payment options (5$, 20$, 40$ and 80$) and for each type of payment I will provide the specific goods. If they donate other amounts I cannot manage a project properly.
SO: Imagine having a project that I need crowdfunding for and this project has some goods as rewards, but only for people who donate 40$ and are from US. And I dont want to exceed the amount or to let people donate other amounts rather than 40$. Is such thing possible ?
If not I am willing to pay for such a feature.
