    User reply going to admin not customer? I have added in setting, notifications, From Name using smart tag name {field_id=”0″} and in From Email, smart Tag email {field_id=”1″} and reply the same {field_id=”1″} when I recive the email and hit reply it adds my admin email address and not the customer email address? do you know why?

    Hi kriptap,

    In some case email services have strict security settings that do not allow reply-to function with notification emails.

    To configure your site send notification emails securely, you could configure a SMTP plugin on your site. We have a list of recommended SMTP options and links to their setup tutorials.
