User Replies Showing Via Email but Not on Forum

I have had users reply via a forum and via private message that I received through email notifications but when I go to my website those replies and messages are not even there whether logged in or not. They are phantom on the website. How is this possible and how can it be fixed?

Looks like the private message was in a different spot, confusing but found it. But I still have a forum reply that I received an email for but never shown in the forum itself.
