User Registration Plugin Help

I want to add a user registration plugin to my site.

How do I have it so that the domain name and top-level domain name of a email address (which will be used as the username) determine where the user is taken? For example, the username [email protected], after entering the correct password, goes to the Google homepage, while [email protected], upon password approval, is taken to the Yahoo homepage. Does this plugin exist? If not, would anyone like to make it? I’m not a programmer by any means. Thanks in advance.
