User Registration on Multisite

Hi Jeff, Thank you for creating this awesome plugin. My question is I am having difficulties to create a custom user registration page using TML plugin on a multisite.

1. Is it possible to not redirect subdomain/subfolder multisite to its main multisite for user registration?

2. If so is there any plugin hooks that I can use to redirect the registration URL. I manage to remove the redirect by commenting wp_redirect() on class-theme-my-login-ms-signup.php but I really dont want to touch the main plugin files.
