User Registration not working properly

Thanks for such a great innovation
I have installed the plugin two days back but while testing the registration there is some confusion.
In settings I have choose anyone can register and by default role is subscriber whereas in matrimony I have choose the user must be registered and get approved by administrator
So my problems are below
1 while registering user first get message on web page that please activate your account and after logging user is getting two three mails one is for activating and rest is for like if you wish to convert matrimony then click.
2 after ignoring rest mails user activates his account and submit the profile but admin is not getting any intimation to approve and also from where to approve and till it approve will user be able to see other profiles
