User registration go on WP page

it goes to wp-admin/profile.php.. how do i get rid of this? as i want to user not entering any wordpress page

But any idea how to Remove wordpress name as senders while sending the password to users and instead use our website name?

Please can someone tell us how to modify functions , what code do we need to put in please. all my functions (login, password forgot, register) still goes to the default wordpress page. please someone tell us what to do thank you
