If you changed something in the core Dokan plugin, it will be replaced when Dokan updates. Instead, you can use a method called template override in your child theme. You can check out this blog for help: https://wpdoctor.press/overriding-dokan-plugin-template-easy/

You can also use a translation plugin to change that specific text. By following the instructions in this document: https://tanjirsdev.com/translate-dokan-plugin-using-loco-translate/
