User Registration Based on Product Purchased on WooCommerce

    Dear WPFunnels team,

    We’d wish to know how to register customers according to the product they purchased during the funnel. We’re not able to find information on whether funnel customers will be registered as a user with details during checkout saved at the moment, how they set their password to enter their My Account page (after the Thank You page), and so on. We aren’t able to find any explanation or guide on this anywhere.

    We’re very tempted to install our own registration form on the Thank You page to solve this issue, but it doesn’t really make sense to do so since we’re unsure of whether the customer’s purchase will be registered in the new registration after their funnel checkout. We need to be able to check a customer’s purchase, so we can hide/show content depending on their purchase.

    Hi @fengshuinfortune , if you are using WPFunnels along with WooCommerce, then the option to allow users to create an account during checkout can be enabled from WooCommerce’s settings.

    Meanwhile, for users to find the My Account page, you can either mention it on your Thank you page with the link, or send them an email after the checkout process.

    We don’t have our own guides for these because WPFunnels doesn’t handle login and registration. These are things you have to set up on WooCommerce and WordPress.
