User redirection to profile not working after new user registration or login

    Hi

    I have the free version of Ultimate Member and if it meets my requirements I will upgrade.

    I have configured “Redirect to profile” for “Login options” and “Redirect options” in “Edit user role”.

    However, after User registration or after user login the user is being redirected to a non existing page [https://test.support.g-itms.net/my-account/user/pramen/]

    Could you please advise how I can get the user to be redirected to his own profile page after registration or login?

    Hi @gitmsadmin,

    UM default settings redirect user to their profile after successful registration or login. Are you using UM login & registration forms for login & registration process? Please make sure you configured the right user role. For example , if your default user role is “member” , configure “Redirect to profile” for “Login options” in Member role edit page.
