User receiving email notifications from various contact forms

    Hello Team

    One of our users is receiving automatic email notifications from various contact forms not assigned to him. We have checked all settings, routing etc. and we can’t find any issues. We have 480 other users and contact forms and all the others work ok, so our developer suspects its a database issue. Are you available to review?
