User Received Same Message Multiple Times

Hi there,
My client received a message from a user that a single SMS came through 4 times within the space of an hour. We’re on WP SMS Version 6.9.4.1 and use Twilio as the gateway.
After reviewing in both the WP SMS and Twilio outboxes/billing it appears it only sent 1 time, and only charged 1 time for this message. Now I’m not sure if it’s happened to more than one user or just them. To note: the last error in our logs related to WP SMS was on Oct 16th, but these messages weren’t sent until Oct 22nd – so I don’t believe it’s connected.
I’d be curious if you could speak into why this might be happening? Or any possible solutions?
