User Ranks is demoted

    Dear myCRED Team,

    I set Rank Behaviour Based on Current Balances, but the user rank isn’t demoted when their balance decreases. Some of my users created two nicks. When one of their nicks gets higher rank, they transfer their points to the nick with lower rank. So they have two nicks with the higher rank.

    So please fix this bug.

    My site now has only two ranks. The first one is from 1000 to 100000 points, and the second one is from 100001 to 10000000.

    Hello @ajun1001 ,

    Please make a rank whose minimum and maximum points limit is from 0 to 9999999. There is no rank on your site below 1000. So when the users points become less than 1000 the user remains on first rank which is from 1000 to 100000 points. The rank demotion works from higher rank to lower rank. The user remains on the lowest rank which is set on your site. The user cannot be demoted further when the points get lower than 1000 as there is no rank on your site in the range 0 to 999. Therefore, it is necessary for you to make a rank whose range is from 0 to 9999999 to make the rank demotion work.
