User Quota settings

I set the total space limit for each user to 20mb. It shows up as 20 mb in the buddydrive settings, but when I go to the users section and edit someone’s profile, and scroll to the bottom, the user quota says 1000 MO. I tried to manually change the upload limit in each person’s profile, but when I do, the number goes to 1. How do I fix this? I am not using any cache.
