User Profiles w/ Quiz Results

I’m trying to figure out how to do something pretty specific, and there are a lot of plugins to help with each individual thing, but I’m not sure how to get them all working together.

Basically, the first thing I want to do is have users be able to create a profile and have their own blog. I want those blog posts all go into a ‘community posts’ category, and if I want to feature them on the main site, I can add them to another category. Does anyone know what combination of plugins I can use to accomplish that?

The second thing I want to do is have quizzes, and if you do the quiz, you can choose to have it automatically added to the user profile. There are quiz plugins, and there are user profile plugins, but is there any way to have a quiz which directly affects a user profile? Basically that way old timely okcupid used to work, where you could take personality tests and have the results added to your profile.
