User Profiles

I’m curious if there is a way to have user profiles (plugin most likely) linked to when a user posts on the blog in the latest wordpress? We’re working on the blog at blog.dallasstarsforever.com which will eventually be a community blog with many different posters. I’d like them all to be able to maintain blog profiles as well.

Any help, or pointers in the right direction would be great.
