user profile without using Gravitar

Hi guys
this may seem like a silly question so please bare with me.
i installed the P2 theme it looks nice the only problem is that after someone registers on the site it askes for this info in the profile section: Website, AIM, Yahoo IM, Jabber / Google Talk, Biographical Info.

Is there a way to get this and a profile photo into a visible profile Without using Gravitar? kinda like on twitter a one stop shop.

your help would be greatly appreciated
