User Profile: Page Not Found

  • I get the error “This page doesn’t seem to exist” when trying to open user profile.

    I have read Common Problems -> User Profile: Page Not Found but I can’t follow the instructions because there is no Advanced tab on UM settings page in Ultimate Member 2.0.11

    Hi @rvladimi,

    Can you please try to delete your old User page and create and a new one and see if this fixes your issue.
    Don’t forget to add a shortcode of your profile form to your User page and assign new page in Ultimate member -> Settings -> General -> Pages.
    This issue can be also caused by conflicts with your theme or other plugins, please try to do a quick conflict test and see if this issue goes away.
    Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

    Thanks. It was plugins conflict.

    I have the same issue with no “Advanced Tab” and I’ve already gone through your instructions and I have no conflict from another plugin nor theme. What else can I try?
