Hi y’all!

I’m relatively new to ultimate member and I have an issue with the profile page where the front end of the users’ profile is editable. This used to not be the case where users were able to display what information they entered in on the back end. There also used to be an edit wheel button where users edited their information. But I updated all my plugins and now the profile page appearance is different. Has this issue happened to anyone else? Thanks!

Hi @joshhight

How many roles are assigned to your test account that has this issue?

If there’s more than 1 role, you must set one of the roles as Primary role by adding a Priority Number in the User Role settings.

Please go to WP admin > Ultimate Member > User roles > edit a role > see “Priority Number”.

Ok thank you for the response! I only have one role set for each user and unfortunately when I log into either the admin account or a contributor, I still get the same issue where all the forms are editable in the profile page.

Have you tried re-saving the Profile form settings? Could you please provide a video clip so we can see the issue clearly?
