• I’m having issues displaying the user profile of two different user types. I have two user roles on my website: Customer and Reader. The Customer profile works well, but no fields are showing up in my Reader profile. The code in my User page is the following:

    [ultimatemember form_id="371"]
    [ultimatemember form_id="428"]

where 371 is the shortcode for the customer and 428 is the one for the Reader. Am I doing something wrong?

    Hi @ilconterik,

Have you enabled “Apply custom settings to this form” and assigned user roles to your profile forms? Please keep in mind that if you are enabling unique profile forms for different user roles you should create and assign profile forms for every user role.
Please see this doc for additional info.

    Regards.

    Hello,

Thank you for your suggestion. I’ve double-checked and everything is correct. Unfortunately, all I can see is the profile picture and a line.

I’m adding these users from the backend rather than registering them through a registration form – can this be an issue?
