I want the support tickets that my users post to be private – visible only to them and an administrator. How can I do this? Require a login? If I require a login, where do they login?

I would also like users to be notified via email when a response is posted to their ticket. How can I do this?

Hello, just verify you have the setting “Require Login” set to Yes in the ticket configuration section. Tickets would only be viewable by themselves and the admin. Users are notified when a ticket is updated and the admin is notified when a user updates the ticket as well.

That’s correct – I do have the setting “Require Login” set to Yes. That’s exactly what I want, except I’m not sure where users should log in??

Users would login using the WordPress registration and login page. You can direct them to the https://www.example.com/wp-login.php page or install a login/registration plugin to accomplish this.
