User post submission

First: Sorry, but my english is not so good.. :S

My question is the next: I search for a plugin. This is a submission plugin. With this plugin the registered users can submit posts to the blog. When an user submit a post, i must to approve and after the approvation the post is visible on the blog.

Is there any plugin like this?
