User Photos

IM having trouble getting my avatars to display on my site/forum. I have User Photo Plugin installed, and the photo boxes are appearing as mystery faces with the ? mark in the middle. It instructs me to do this:New template tags introduced are: userphoto_the_author_photo, userphoto_the_author_thumbnail, userphoto_comment_author_photo, and userphoto_comment_author_thumbnail. Im not sure where to put those codes. I have uploaded avatars on various accounts but still can’t get it to work, does someone know the answer?
