User Photo Plugin not working

  • I am using User Photo Plugin Version 0.9.5.2 with WordPress 3.4. I am using the Lifestyle theme from Studiopress. I just get the mystery man box in the author box on the post. I am also using this plugin on a different theme from Studiopress for a different site and it is working fine. Any ideas?
