User Password Resets

  • Hi all

    I’ve searched and been unable to find a solution to my problem and wondered if anyone here could assist.

    I’m receiving numerous reports from users that when the forget their password, the link thats being provided to reset it, results in an error saying;
    Sorry, that key does not appear to be valid.

    I know this was an issue in 2.5, from my searches, but I never found out anything that actually resolved it, other than resetting the password in PHP/mySQL. Obviously this isn’t an option with over 300 users.

    Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions? I’m fully up to date and have tried disabling all plugins, but to no avail. Incase it helps my website is;
