User password reset attempt changes admin email address

I am experiencing a consistent issue:
- A user wants to change their password.
- They click the “lost your password” link to change their password.
- They put in their user name / email.
- However, when they receive the email to change their password by clicking the link, it some how / for some reason, changes my email address (I’m an admin) to their email address.
- I get an email saying that my email address on my account has been changed.
- If I log in, I don’t have admin view anymore – my view has been changed to a non-admin view.
This has happened several times, with several different users – however, it’s always my email address on my account that gets changed.
