User password recovery problem

    Hi
    I didn’t change the setting! But at a time when users want to retrieve the password, they see a zero error even though they have never recovered the password before!

    You have reached the limit for requesting password change for this user already. Contact support if you cannot open the email

    Hi @tahamohamadi

    Could you please tell us what version of UM are you using on your site?

    Does your site have any caching plugin? If so, could you please try disabling it and see if the issue goes away?
