User page is empty

    Hi I hope all is well

    On my website I used ultimate member to handle all registrations/ logins, however, I am experiencing an issue when trying to view a users profile. When a members profile is views the forum profile shows but when the site profile is clicked on the page is empty.

    I took a look at the user page and noticed that I have no form with that shortcode and there is no “profile form” under the ultimate member forms. This means at some point it must have been removed/ deleted without me noticing.

    Is there are way for me to setup a default form that shows a users profile to fix this issue.

    @guyseynaeve You can always create a new profile form and add shortcode to your user page. It does not have to be default form.

    Thanks for the help. I have completed that, the only issue I have now is that when viewing the site profile users who have not completed any actions on the website yet still direct to the homepage. How can I change this so that at least some user information is shown?
