User own page/presenation page

I need some guidance to the right direction and I will pick up from there.

I am trying to create a website where, a user can register, and upon registration success, they can upload videos, images and write little about themselves and their location etc. And when they do, it will be displayed at a page like the home page of the website. Such as others can browse and see through the profiles. As this will be used for musical talented people where they can show off their skills publicly.

I am not sure what type of plugin that comes close to doing something like this or similar. Or if its available at all within WordPress plugins.

I really would appreciate any information of how this can be achieved, or what direction I should look at to achieve this.
