User Overview only shows users that bought products you selected. If there aren’t any users that bought anything then it should be empty. If you just installed it and started looking features up it should be empty. Hope this helps.

Thanks for your reply, I am testing and finish the order in my test account, I can see the restricted page when oder is finished and can’t see restricted page when oder is not finished.

However, no mater how I test, I could not find any bought product in both overview of admin account nor the test account’s Restricted Pages List. It show => Lists restricted pages for which you have already bought products.

I guess it could be my php version is 7.4, is it possible do the upgrade and test if it is compatible with php7.4?

I’m not sure I completely understand. In the first paragraph it seems User Overview (that’s the page you were testing?) page works fine.
But in your second paragraph you seem to be negating that since you said you can’t find any bought product (Which wouldn’t be in the user overview page). Or did you mean you can’t see which products your pages are restricted with? If that’s the case that plugin page wasn’t designed for this. Its to have an overview of users who bought those products you restrict pages with and group them with pages. Or do you mean you can’t see all users?
Or do you mean perhaps that the “Pages” plugin page doesn’t show anything in “Lock by Products” area?

Thanks for keeping watching my issue, and sorry for confusing you, I try to declare the issue, here is the testing list.

    1. not logged-in user can’t access the restricted page
    2. user doesn’t bought the product, logged-in user can’t access the restricted page.
    3. user bought the product, logged-in user can access the restricted page.

The above access restricted page test is fine.

The following is the overview test, I want my member to know what restricted pages he/she can access, then he/she can find the restricted page list after payment. But whenever I test user bought any the product, there shows nothing in the overview page.

I’m still not 100% sure what you mean but I think I understand. While testing the User Overview page I did find a bug that fits your description. It seems that when you don’t have a time set for the page to expire it does allow the user to view the page but doesn’t show in the backend. I think I wanted to get to that but forgot.
Have you set up a timeout for the page?
In any case I fixed that issue so please update the plugin to version 1.3.2 and see if it fixes your current issue.

I just upgrade the plugin to version 1.3.2, but still can’t see the bought products in https://my-wordpress/my-account/restrict-pages-overview.

Yes, I doesn’t set up expire time out and expire view.

Thank you for your patience with this but you shouldn’t see any bought products. Its the User Overview page. You only see pages and which users bought products in those pages. Thats it. No products are shown there in any form. You probably meant there is nothing there but that part about products was confusing me so I couldn’t understand what you meant. But I looked at that page on the users my account page and yes that one is still showing nothing. I’ll work on that.
I’m not sure where you are linking. If its locally on your computer you won’t be able to share that with me and if you are linking to a public server url is invalid. You’re missing a domain ending (if you even own that domain). It doesn’t matter for this problem but wanted to mention.

Thanks for your response. Yes, it is missing a domain ending, I just want to explain my thought by showing the uri.

Now I know this page my-account/restrict-pages-overview is still under development, and I am the one user that expect this function complete.
BTW, how about replace the restricted page to bought product in the users my account page? It should be a more suitable string.

    Have a nice day!

Thanks! I thought that part was working. I was mostly focused on restricting pages features in general, didn’t notice those 2 pages weren’t working as expected. But it should be fixed either today or tomorrow.
Regarding renaming the page link in my-account page I’m not sure why you think bought products would be a better name. Thats a page to see pages you had/have access to, there are no products shown at all. Adding what you suggested would confuse other users but I might add a hook for this or an option in settings. But thanks for the suggestion. I’ll have to think about it.
Although if you need your users to see products, I might add a few columns like “Products Needed” and/or “Products Bought”. Its straightforward to add something like that.

I fixed that issue. Please update to 1.3.3 whenever you can. Hopefully it works on your site.

    Hi @vladogrcic

I’m experiencing the same issue as @coyachang. Everything works fine except the User Overview in the backend and WooCommerce My Account “Restricted Pages”. Both remain blank even after user has purchased.

I can confirm there’s no other plugin or theme causing the conflict because the issue persists even with all other plugins deactivated and default theme activated.

I’m using 7.4.16 and guest checkout is off. Also using the latest version of WordPress (5.8). When I downloaded the plugin, I did notice it said “untested with your version of WordPress”. Perhaps that’s the issue?

Please assist and thanks for the great plugin so far.

@wpkaygee That problem should have been solved. You sure you’ve set everything correctly? Could you please check the Pages page of the plugin and look up your restricted page and see if “Lock by Products” is set and if thats the product the user bought. Timeout section can be set too but the User Overview page should show that user regardless. If its everything alright, there might be an exception in your case. Make sure its the latest version. The User Overview works only for per page restrictions and not sections in case that might be an issue.

@vladogrcic I’ve double-checked. Everything is set correctly and I have plugin version 1.3.4 installed.

Post type I’m trying to restrict is a post. Result: User Overview and WooCommerce My Account “Restricted Pages” show nothing.

Then when I test restricting a page, every single user shows up on User Overview – not just the ones that bought that particular product. But front end still remains empty for page post type as well. So it seems there is a conflict somewhere.

@wpkaygee I tested the plugin and I see some issues on it. Some sound like what you might have. I don’t know when I’ll fix it but I’ll try to fix it when I can.
