User not tracked on WP Multisite

    Hi there,

    we have a WP multisite set up and I just noted, that one user, who is only assigned to one subpage, is not recorded in the tracking at all. The user is neither listed in the drop down list for the user filter option nor can I find any entry in the log.

    How can this be fixed?

  • Thanks for reporting the issue! I was able to replicate the problem — users with Subscriber and Contributor role don’t show up in the Stream logs at all. Here is a screenshot of all logs for a user that has also created a post and submitted for review (none of which shows up):

    Hi Kaspars,

    Thanks for the update.
    My user has Administrator rights, but is not listed.

    I just noted, that the user actions are logged (at least I found some now), but the user is not showing up in the drop down menu so I can’t filter by user.

    I can provide screenshots or login details. How do I get them to you?

    Good news — the drop-down issue has been fixed in version 3.4.3 of the plugin.
