User not shown on Multisite with subdomains

Hi, I’m running a Multisite Network and the plugin doesn’t show the user profile in the subsite, but it shows on the main site.
Subsite:
https://en.martincid.com/user/martincidmagazine/
Main site:
https://martincid.com/user/martincidmagazine/
Same with members page.
I’ve tried the option Disable User Cache with no luck.
I’ve deleted the plugin and the data too. No luck.
I have disabled all plugins too. Same.
Any suggestion?
