User not showed in Dashboard Mangopay

    After adding user in Back end, an id is generated for that user (Voir l’utilisateur (N°35792669) dans le tableau de bord MANGOPAY).

    But when accessing to dashboard, it shows no user with this id.

    any explication please.

    I am very sorry for this issue.
    I can find on our Sandbox backoffice your user (Bruce W.), who’s your wp_user_id:79.
    Could you provide me a screenshot of your dashboard page please ?

    I solved my issue. It’s due to wrong ID client .
