User not redirected to certificate after course completion

    Hi there

    My users are able to complete a course and I have auto complete after all lessons complete set to on. However after they complete the last lesson, whilst they do get an email, nothing happens on screen. If they close the lesson area, they then see the download certificate button, but it seems odd that it wouldn’t either redirect them back to this page, redirect to the cert page, or show a pop up on screen saying course complete.

    Am I missing something? This seems like relatively fundamental course behaviour and so it’s been reported as an error.

    After the last lesson students are redirected to course page after they click the lesson exit button. I’ve shared your thought with my UI team for further improvement.

    Thanks yes only if they click the exit lesson button. So its rather anti climactic to get to the end and complete the last lesson but on screen nothing happens. It’s being reported as en error by users so must feel counterintuitive. We would normally want to reward users with something or at least visually feedback that something has happened.

    A popup would be good to say well done. Otherwise I’ll have to add a lesson that says Well done, you’ve made it to the end of the course etc which is possible, but is a workaround.
