User Not Getting Welcome Email

  • Hi.. i have problem with auto notice email..

    Firstly,when user register as affiliate,admin not getting any email notice,while i already setting up on afliate setting so admin will getting notice.

    Second,affiliate not getting email notice,when someone has register under afiliater referral link.

    And also,reset password not send email into user email.. please try up my site here: bitdirect.my.

    Hi Mamiku,
    1.- I have registered as affiliate, and I have received the welcome email correctly.
    If you have enabled the registration email from Affiliates->Notification, the administrator should reveive an email when a new affiliate is registered.
    2.- If you want that the affiliates receive notifications when a new commission is generated (when a new user is registered after visit the affiliate’s link, or a new order is processed), you need the Affiliates Pro version.
    3.- It seems that there is a problem with your reset email. I have not receive the password recovery email. But this should be a problem related with Affiliates, the plugin doesn’t change this email option.
