User not getting email after quiz submission

Good day,
Since few months ago, I noticed that my users are not getting any result email after completing the quiz anymore. They still receive emails from WordPress and other plugins so I believe the the issue came from this plugin..?
Main settings > Process emails in background? -Yes
Options > Quiz Submission > Submit Actions:?Store results permanently in database?Send email notifications -Yes
Contact > Email enabled -Yes
Is there any settings I missed out?

Hi @sumitsanadhya, I tried but it’s still not working. How do I check if I did anything wrong?
