    Hi (again)!

Looking at the two screen shots you included, it seems as if the user record actually _does_ exist on your system.

Paid Memberships Pro uses the standard WordPress user functionality when loading user information on the Orders and Members pages. Thus, for a user login to show up in the “Orders” table, that user’s record has to exist in the WordPress Users table (wp_users).

Maybe there’s something (a plugin?) preventing your search on the “Users” page in /wp-admin/ from successfully finding the specific user record?

Did you try clicking on the “User” link in the “Orders” table to see if that brings you to the WordPress “Users” profile page for that user?

If it does, it’s an indication that the problem isn’t with the user not being created on the system, but something unrelated to PMPro and the import operation.
