User not able to login

    Hello,
    We are facing an issue on the login page. The user with the correct credentials are not able to login. After entering the details they redirect on the same page

  • We have the exact same problem…
    All was well yesterday and this morning we couldn’t log in at all. We have tried everything we could think of, no plugins were updated or anything, none were added either (or removed), there is no possible reason for this to affect the website on its own…
    We hope we can get an answer soon as to how we should resolve this. We have clients asking for their courses to be available and we cannot keep telling them to wait forever…
    If this is not fixed soon, we will have to find a new registration plugin that will not let us down in less than a month…

    Thanks for writing in. Regarding the issue, I am not being able to reach the User Registration login and registration form. Could you please provide me the URL Of the registration form and login form? I will do a test and get back to you.

    Hi @helicia,

    Thanks for the information in detail. And I am being able to replicate the issue on your site. But there is no such issue in our test environment. Thus, I request you to do the plugin conflict test.
    Please deactivate all other plugins except User Registration and see if it works or not. If everything works fine then you can activate other plugins one after another and do a test at the same time. This will let you know the cause behind the error.
