user names display as admin

Problem: a new user appears as ‘admin’ in the Meta sidebar rather than showing their ‘user name’. This is despite the fact that they are not the ‘admin’

I’m brand new to this and wondering if it could be a plug in compatablity problem. I’m using a theme from ElegantFlower 1.0 by AskGraphics.com
