I think I found out a major bug: if you enter an email in the “user_name” field, the confirmation mail will not be sent. I guess there is a parsing problem or something due to the @ sign or the dot. Could you investigate on it? I mean, a possible solution would be to add a check for special characters in the field, but as far as I know you don’t support regex check yet, correct?

  • Hello @wanderfra,

We could reproduce the issue on your particular site, we do get emails on domains other than gmail. However, the issue is not reproduced on our test environment. If possible, can you please deactivate other plugins, with only user registration active and see if the issue still arises? If yes, we will have a look further at the issue. Also, if you could find the other plugin causing the issue, please notify us. We will see if we can do something on this.

    Regards,
