Adding names to my first list, some of the users are “last_name first_name” while some are “first_name last_name.” All of the user “nice names” and “display names” are “first_name last_name” so I’m at a loss as to why the difference.

If it’s a WP issue, please point me in the right direction to fix the inconsistency.

Can you tell me where exactly the names are shown in the inconsistent order?
On which screen in WP Mailster? Or do you mean as part of the text placeholder that are converted in the actual emails sent?

    Edit Group
    Manage Recipients/All Recipients
List Members are all FirstName LastName and link to Users record

I haven gotten to the point where I’ve sent out a test email.

    Thanks.

We think we have identified one place, where the nicename gets pulled in the code.
In all other areas, the display name is used. We will change so that display name is used everywhere.
