Editing email in the backend is not available yet on our side(which is in our to-do list). We will try to bring such features in the upcoming version as per the feasibility. You can still have an alternate way to add that email in your subscriber list.
Two ways you can resubscribe email into our subscription list.
1. Ask that subscriber to resubscribe the product with the correct email(recommended solution).
2. You can visit that out of stock product directly in front-end and subscribe using their email(make sure you’ve a consent from that wrong email person before doing this on your side).
Once you’ve performed the above steps – remove the wrong email entry from the subscription list.`
