User Manual missing pages

Hi, I’m trying to use this plugin but there are some pages missing from the User Manual on the plugin site. Most significantly the “Basic use and parameters” section does not have a link. I’ve tried looking for this information elsewhere, but no luck. Any help would be appreciated.
