User Management Plugin??

I’m looking to add a membership program to my site where users (no matter if they’re wordpress or not) can register with a username/email/password to view certain information. I’m currently only finding plugins that are related to wordpress usernames/passwords. For example, simple membership, this won’t let you set up a username/password with an email already associated with wordpress.
